Jason has 25 years of experience in the property industry specialising in valuation and real estate advisory. Jason has had a broad range of property experience across all sectors including residential, commercial, retail, industrial, rural, special purpose and mixed use. This broad range of experience has seen Jason actively provide advice to the public, private and government bodies across all Australian States and Territories.
Jason holds a degree in Property Economics from Queensland University of Technology and he is a Certified Practising Valuer plus an Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute.
Carey O'Dowd
AAPI, CPV, MAICD
Director/Owner
Carey has 25 years of property and finance experience across all sectors including residential, commercial, projects and funds management. Carey joined JPM in 2013 and was appointed as a Director in 2014 after an extended period of international experience working in the private equity real estate sector in the UK, Europe and USA.
Carey holds a Master of Finance degree from Bond University and a degree in Property Economics from Queensland University of Technology. He is a Certified Practising Valuer, Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Our directors lead an elite team of property experts who bring decades of collective insight to our valuations and advisory consultations. Central to our firm are 10 registered valuers (each holding AAPI and CPV accreditation), ensuring the highest professional standards and market acumen. Bolstering this core foundation are 4 dedicated assistant valuers who contribute additional technical resourcing while our 7 support professionals drive seamless client experiences and operational precision.
Our reach and depth of experience is further amplified by 6 specialised contractors who extend our capabilities across diverse property sectors and locations.
